Congratulations are in order for senior Elise Johnson for earning an IB Association of Rocky Mountain School Scholarship. Johnson was won of 25 students honored from IB programs across the state.

She received her check on Monday.

Johnson joined the IB program as a freshman and was a hard-working student. “t is a really huge honor to receive IB ARMS scholarship, and to be recognized for all the work that I put into my IB CAS project,” Johnson said.

Johnson has applied for over 15 scholarship – from local $500 scholarships to full ride scholarships and is set to attend Southern Methodist next year.

“I am really looking forward to going to SMU the next for years and continuing to push myself academically in the Dedman School of Natural Sciences and Humanities,” Johnson said.
