In the picture above, Greeley West runners push their way through the crowd at the start of the Andy Meyers meet. Ben Johnson was the first to finish in second place with the team placing second overall. In their season the boys and girls placed first at regionals, fifth and third in conference, and finally, girls placing third at state and boys placing fifth at state. The picture below showcases all the runners in the 1996 season with coach Jerry Wigget and Assistant Coach Bret Terry.
