As the SAT nears, Greeley West High School students are going into their preparation efforts. With the goal of securing impressive scores, these students are showing strategies and investing study hours. Their commitment to success has become motivating for their peers.
Junior Precious Soto has been completing practice exams, helping her build confidence and improve her test taking skills. She emphasized the importance of practice tests. “Taking practice tests has been nice to familiarize myself with the format and timing of the exam. It has allowed me to identify my weaknesses and work on them before the actual test day,” said Soto.
Junior Annalyn Parker has found great success in forming study groups. “Collaborating with my peers in study groups has been incredibly helpful. We discuss challenging concepts, share study materials, and quiz each other. It not only helps our understanding but also provides a supportive environment,” said Parker.
Junior Marcos Flores Doman talked about the significance of using online resources. “There are numerous online platforms and resources available that offer SAT preparation materials, including practice questions and tests to take. These resources have helped out a lot for me,” said Doman.
As the SAT date approaches, students continue to inspire their peers with their hard work. Their efforts are a reminder that with the right mindset, achieving amazing results is with in reach.
