On Thursday night, the Greeley West FFA group and the Greeley Culvers partnered together to have an Agriculture night at Culvers.
Any customer who went to Culvers last night from 5-8 would contribute to the Greeley West Agriculture program since 10% of all the funds sold last night would go to the Agriculture scholarship at Greeley West.
The Agriculture Night had a huge turnout as for most of the three hours, Culvers was full to the brim. From 6-7, Culvers made over $2100, meaning in that hour alone they raised over $210 for the scholarship.
Greeley West FFA members volunteered and helped run orders to tables and cars and clean around the restaurant. Agriculture Teacher and FFA sponsor Kelly Longacre attended and helped at the event. “Culvers is one of our community supporters. We do various events partnered with them like our 4th of July Parade,” stated Longacre. “We had an amazing crowd last night, and all the kids were having fun working and helping throughout the restaurant. It was a good experience, and it all went to a good cause, our scholarship.”
Thanks to an amazing turnout, and an amazing night, the FFA will be able to grant students with an amazing scholarship. What a night for the FFA and Culvers.
