Greeley West has a new hall monitor. Many students have seen her around the halls the past couple of weeks, but she hasn’t received a proper introduction.
Her name is Ruth Kackstaetter, the origins of her name are Latvian, wqhich is an East Baltic language belonging to the European language family. She is originally from Germany with her second language being English.
Kackstaetter previously worked as a lead firearm instructor at the Liberty Firearm Institute, which is not too far from Greeley. She was recruited to West and it was a fast turnaround to get her started.
Kackstaetter hobbies include oil painting and she likes to go on hikes. Both allow one to express oneself in a creative way and destress.
Her dream job is to be an artist. Art comes in many forms and there will always be something exciting coming from it.
Her favorite high school memory was when she would ditch to go and get donuts for the class.
She was in the Army and is a 6-year veteran. While in the army, her job was an armored up truck driver attached to an infantry.
