Mr. Travis Krause and junior Theory of Knowledge students gained a lot of experience and knowledge from their field trip to the Viking exhibit at The Denver Museum of Nature and Science. The students and Krause learned about transportation and viewpoints of science along with watching the movie Dream Big.

The movie highlighted the views of mythological science, world science, engineering, and architecture. The students got to see how engineering helps all around the world and how science has been around for the longest time.

Dream Big also talked about the scientific innovations that helped our world be a better place. The movie was a big part of the field trip.  The students saw the Viking exhibit as well that showed Viking culture and the things they did to survive in their day along with some of the architecture.  All of the students and Krause thought the exhibit was awesome and well put together.

Erika Andrade said, “I thought the movie was inspirational and interesting. It was cool to see how people were going to poor countries and doing thoughtful things to help those in need like building bridges. Altogether the experience was good and I had a great time.”
