Bell schedule changes officially cemented

Staff Reports

Greeley West administration officially released next year’s bell schedule this morning.  The bell schedule was emailed to staff and uploaded to the Greeley West home page.

Students will officially have seven periods next year on a modified block schedule.  Significant changes include an official “zero” hour where students will be able to arrive for class at 7 a.m. to take an additional elective class.  Most students will arrive at school at 8 a.m. and conclude their day at 3:30 p.m.

One interesting tweak to the schedule deals with third period.  Third period will meet each day as if it’s a traditional schedule with no block day.  Odd days will feature 1-3-5-7 and even days will include 2-3-5-7.  Figure out that pattern, Algebra I teachers.
