Nobody injured during field trip bus accident

While on the way to the AVID college fair Greeley West students were shocked to be involved in a minor crash between a car and the school bus they were traveling on.

Because the road was under construction, all cars were driving with extra precaution. While the bus was driving behind a small car, a construction worker ran out in front of the car and slammed their brakes in order to not hit the worker. The bus driver also attempted to hit their brakes as fast as possible, but rear ended the car. The car’s rear window was shattered.

All people involved walked away from the accident with no injuries and went on with their day. After police were called and the matter was settled the students loaded on to another bus and made their way to the college fair.
