Time to nominate candidates for Prom royalty

With Prom around the corner, Student Council has set up both ticket sales and royalty voting. Ticket sales for a fun night out on Tinseltown will be sold in the lobby starting today. Tickets will also be sold at Zoe’s Café the night of Prom. Tickets will be $25 dollars for a single ticket, no couple tickets will be sold.
Prom royalty is a dream for any high school student and nominations start this week. Like theme voting, there will be a poll on the Greeley West website and students will be able to enter names of nominees. The following week, the polls will be counted and the three students with the highest amount of votes will be Prom court. Additional voting for king, queen, princess and prince will be the following week.
With no TANE scheduled, booster club is giving away two $500 scholarships at Prom. Seniors will enter the drawing by writing their names on raffle tickets and at the end of the night, one boy and one girl will be drawn.
