Jorge Vazquez, left, is loyal to his friends, his family, and his teachers. He’s a man of few words (in print), but a wonderful asset to a social conversation. Congratulations on your graduation, Jorge.

Jorge Vazquez, Class of 2020

As a senior at Greeley West High School, being here three years has been some of the best years of my life. Moving here from Fruita wasn’t easy at all. I felt like I didn’t fit in anywhere here. Over these years, I’ve made a lot of friends who I’ll always keep in touch.

Over the past year, I’ve gained a love for cars and not only muscle cars, every car is something I love to see. I have gained more knowledge about cars by research and friends and especially my dad.

This year I’ve got the chance to be more involved in school and being a part of the newspaper class has made this year twice as better. I’ve grown closer to teachers now and this will have me miss high school even more.

These four years will always be something to remember and this year will be remembered the most. Goodbye West.  I’ll always be a Spartan.
