G-Eazy made his return to Red Rocks on Thursday, September 22. Multiple Greeley West High School students bought their tickets including sophomore Keanna Hegwood.

Hegwood saw her idol with her sister, Stacia and her best friend, Marissa Jones. She received her tickets for her birthday and was right in the middle of the amphitheater. Hegwood’s favorite part of the concert was when G- Eazy was singing, “Everything Will Be Ok” and later got emotional with the fans.

Hegwood’s favorite songs G-Eazy performed were “Lady Killers” and “You Got Me.”

However, even though the concert was a dream come true for Hegwood, the parking lot was a nightmare. Hegwood explained that she didn’t get out of the parking lot for another hour after the concert ended which would have been around 1:00 am, getting home at about 3:30 am.

Hegwood still came to school the next day after running on 2 hours of sleep. “It was exactly what I wanted it to be. I’m a happy camper but very tired.”
