Darlene is a senior at Greeley West. This is her first year with the West Word. She is looking forward to learning about journalism and the experiences it comes with. She has played tennis and is looking forward to doing it again this year. She enjoys playing around with makeup and her hair colors. Her dream career is to be an esthetician after high school and attend IBMC so in the long run she can run her own business. She has also done Student Council during her junior year and enjoyed it very much as well as AVID for three years. She recently got her first injury which has been a hard journey but has taught her a lot of valuable lessons.
